1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (UTC+8) will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an Order Confirmation Email immediately after purchase. Once shipped, a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number will be sent.

6. Undelivered, Lost & Damaged Packages

Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us at support@casecove.com with your order number.
Delayed packages: Holidays, weather, customs, or high volume may cause delays.
Damaged items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
